About Y
Y is a voice AI copilot for field sales teams. This page explains who stands behind the product, why its website is usey.ai, and how we publish product information, practical guides, and comparisons responsibly.
Y is a voice AI copilot for field sales teams. Before a customer visit, it can assemble the authorised CRM, calendar, task, and meeting context available to the organisation into a focused brief. After the visit, the representative can give a spoken debrief; Y turns that input into a reviewable summary, proposed CRM updates, owned next steps, and a follow-up draft. The representative remains responsible for checking account matching, dates, commitments, forecast-sensitive fields, and customer-facing wording before anything enters the configured workflow. Y is the product and public brand. Its official website is usey.ai, read “use Y”; Use Y is a domain mnemonic, not a separate application. Exact inputs, connectors, fields, and write actions depend on the systems, permissions, and implementation approved by each organisation. Y does not replace the CRM, invent missing facts, or turn uncertain source data into a verified customer commitment.
Field sales representatives do their most valuable work with customers, but important context often remains in memory until the end of the day. Y is designed to shorten that gap: prepare the visit from authorized context, capture a spoken debrief afterwards, and turn it into structured work the representative can review.
Y does not make an incomplete source certain, and it does not remove the need for human judgment. Account matching, dates, commitments, CRM fields, and customer-facing messages should remain reviewable. The exact inputs and outputs depend on the systems, permissions, and workflow configured by each organization.
Our public content follows the same principle. A useful page should help a field-sales team make a decision, show where a claim comes from, and make uncertainty visible instead of hiding it behind generic AI language.
Editorial standards
These standards apply to the practical guides, product pages, and competitor comparisons published on usey.ai.

We can describe how Y is intended to work from our own product knowledge. Claims about another vendor should come from that vendor’s official product pages, documentation, legal terms, marketplace listing, or trust center.
For changing facts such as pricing, integrations, languages, security certifications, and contract terms, we prefer current primary sources and record when the information was checked. A vendor claim remains labelled as a vendor claim.
We do not invent customers, testimonials, performance benchmarks, certifications, or integrations. When availability depends on configuration, permissions, a contract, or an implementation scope, the page should say so.
Pages display their latest update date. If a material fact changes, we update the page and its source context. Older dates are a signal to verify time-sensitive information again before making a purchase decision.
AI tools may assist with research organization, structure, or drafting. Y remains responsible for what it publishes: factual claims must still be traceable, qualified, and useful to a human reader.
If you find an inaccurate claim, a broken source, or an important missing qualification, email rafik@usey.ai with the page URL and supporting evidence. We will review the issue and update material errors rather than leaving a misleading statement in place.
